5/5 ⭐️ | Monsters Are Real by Shana Congrove

𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 is a fantastic take on the classic werewolf story. Eric and Elizabeth Crane purchase 102 acres of beautiful, serene property, little knowing that something sinister lurks deep within the woods and trails surrounding their new home.

The character development in this book is excellent. While there is a terrifying creature to contend with, I especially loved the relationship between Eric and Elizabeth. They share a strong, loving bond and face every frightening and unexplainable event together. Their unwavering support for one another adds depth and heart to the story.

As mysterious attacks begin to terrorize the town, the suspense steadily builds as everyone tries to uncover the identity of the creature responsible. Elizabeth's brother also plays a major role in the story and proves to be a compelling character who keeps the plot moving and the tension high.

I especially enjoyed the author's creativity and the unpredictable storyline. The twists and turns kept me turning the pages because I never knew what would happen next.

I highly recommend 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 to readers who enjoy supernatural stories, suspense, and creatures that go bump in the night.
