I loved this book! Midnight Tales is a collection of short stories that all have a haunting twist. Each story is full of meaning and has a thought provoking ending. I especially enjoyed the author's creativity when continuing the first story in the middle of the book. Upon reading the first sentence I knew it was the conclusion to the prologue tale. Picking up exactly where it left off was brilliant. This book reminded me of one of my favorite movies, Tales from the Hood, which is what probably made it more interesting for me as I love short stories with hauntingly creepy endings! If you enjoy a little horror and tales with a little supernatural... I recommend this quick read. 👌🏾
