Quite a few short stories that leave you with wonderful reminders of virtues and the ways humans cope and all the different outcomes that they can lead to.
There is an introduction preface and after reading this I was enticed; hook, line, and sinker. In the first section, bedtime stories each story lights up the reader's imagination and thought process. I never give spoilers but I will say the first story was my overall favorite.
The humor that the author gives us is priceless to me, sometimes sarcastic other times just a straight laugh. In the second part, Sleep Tight; we have a section of love stories. Not your average love stories either. Rather love stories with secrets in the basement.
In the third part, Sweet Dreams; the book takes a turn toward poetry with subject matter from all spectrums of life. I loved this section as it switched up and was very refreshing.
The characters in this book were all over the place. Mostly anything but humans but with human characteristics. I definitely give this book five stars and two thumbs up.
A wonderful read.
