I’m in Awe after reading Emerging From the Dark. Between the imagery and illustrations used my mind feels like it has digested a healthy but oh so tasty treat. Terrance Ang is a stroke survivor who did not let his heart problems stop his heart from beating.
The author let his heart bleed on every page of this book, putting his rawest emotions on paper for the world to feel. You could spend hours just getting caught in the artwork he uses; the illustrations are just as abstract as the words used by the author. Calling this book, “a work of art” would be an understatement.
Although the book is written from the perspective of a person faced with a tragic physical condition, anyone suffering from psychological trauma can find inspiration in this book. At the end of the tunnel, you will find the sunshine; the same can be said for this book. Definitely, an enjoyable read. Get your copy TODAY!!
